This is a short policy because this is a simple website. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than in the usual template, and it describes what actually happens rather than everything that might theoretically happen.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts, no logins and no shopping. It does not ask you for anything. There is nothing to fill in, so there is nothing we collect from you by your filling it in.

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served: the request, the time, the approximate region the request came from, and the browser and device type. That information is used to keep the site working and secure. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, and does not participate in any advertising network.

We use Google Fonts to load the typeface this site is set in, which means your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when you load a page. That request is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

If you email us

The addresses on our contact page reach real people. If you write to us, we keep your message and our correspondence so that we can respond to you and continue the conversation. We treat what owners tell us about their businesses as confidential as a matter of course, and we do not share it with other operators, with brokers, or with anyone outside our firm and its advisors, except where we are required to by law.

If you would like us to delete our correspondence with you, write to us at the address below and we will do it.

Confidential business information

Where we receive financial or operating information about a business under a non-disclosure agreement, that agreement governs how we handle it, and its terms take precedence over this policy.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of it.
